This is the 46th annual Rod Run to be held by the Drag-ens Hot Rod Club Inc at Valla Beach Holiday Park, 1 Regatta Drive, Valla Park, NSW, 2448, Australia.
THE EVENT
Beginning in 1977 as a 2-day weekend event with only 72 cars, Valla Park Rod Run has grown to in excess of a full week of indulgence, with an average of around 350 cars each year and is believed to be the longest-running and free entry Rod Run in the world.
The fun will commence on Sunday and run through to Saturday at Valla Beach Holiday Park, Valla Park, NSW. Entry and participation are open to all Hot Rods of 1948 and earlier vintage.
Throughout the entire week, attractions, runs and competitions are held each day, both within and outside of the park. These usually commence with a Drag-ens Welcome BBQ on the first Sunday night and conclude with the Award Presentation night on the last Saturday night. Events vary from year to year, however, will usually include a dress-up theme night and band on Friday, a go-whoa and burn-outs at the Raleigh Park Raceway, daily cruising around the Park (“Cruzin the Park”), competitions for kids and grown-ups during the week and the Saturday morning open display of all cars in the main street of nearby Nambucca Heads.

ENTERING THE RUN
The opening date for the lodgement of Entries (including accommodation bookings) will be 7th June 2024. Entry Forms cannot be lodged prior to that opening date.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation within the Valla Beach Holiday Park can only be booked via the Drag-ens official Entry Form, on and after the opening date for Entries and is subject to availability. Accommodation options within the park will be provided on the Entry Form. All accommodation costs must be paid for prior to 15th July.
All accommodation, including campsites, must be for a minimum booking from Sunday 29th September to Saturday 5th October 2024 (inclusive). Accommodation required before 29th September or after 5th October is to be booked directly through Valla Beach Holiday Park on (02) 6569 5555 and will only be confirmed by the Resort if it matches the site/sites allocated by the Drag-ens Hot Rod Club Inc for the run dates.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NO un-registered vehicles are permitted on roadways in the park.
NO bicycles, scooters or skateboards are permitted on roadways during the run.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any vehicle deemed unsuitable and park any pre-1948 vehicles during Cruzin the Park.
Should your preferred accommodation be unavailable, entrants will be informed as soon as possible with alternative accommodation offered or a refund made where applicable. Accommodation is non-transferable and any alterations must be made through the Drag-ens.
No refunds will be made unless at least 30 days’ notice of nonattendance is given to the organisers in writing.
Payment via cheque or money order payable to the Drag-ens Hot Rod Club Inc. Entries will not be processed until all money is paid.
